Okay so I have a book that has excerpts of court cases, particularly landmark cases, in it. When I am typing my paper, I am usually quoting or paraphrasing the case opinions (made by the justice[s]). When citing the source, should I say the book author, title, and page # or should I cite the court case? The problem is not the fact that one is secondary and one is primary, its just that I'm not sure how I would cite a court case.

My Daughter Refuses To Go To Church!?

My 13 year old daughter refuses to go to church with the rest of the family. She says she is Atheist and she doesn't love God, because he isn't real. I took her to therapy, but she just got mad. I've been with my fiance for 4 years and we have a 9 month old baby together. Our child was unplanned but it happened and now for lack of finacial stability we live in a back house on his parents property. I get along with his family ok but not great. Plessy v. Ferguson was a Supreme Court Case many many years before Brown v. Board which found that seperate facilities are constitutional so long as they are equal. (That case centered around black and whites -only train cars). Brown v. Board (in the 1950's) found that "seperate facilities are inherently unequal." Because of this, the Supreme Court said that it was illegal to make public schools segregated for blacks and whites. I am currently a female my late teens and for some reason joining the military is something i always wanted to do. There is something about the Air Force in particular that interests me the most. They all ask me "why?" and they think that if i join the USAF ill be commiting the biggest mistake of my life. I do not have any "problems" or wish to join simply for money or anything like that. If i honestly could i have the opportunity to go to any other college and i know i have many other career options if i wished. Nothing really caught my attention though. I tried imagining myself pursuing another career and i just cant see it. Looking for the name of a mid-70’s early 80’s movie (possibly made for TV) involving the search for American Indian artifacts, specifically pieces of a golden tablet or possibly a stone tablet. The setting would have been modern day in the South West US, I just recall there were a white guy (probably an Archeologist) and an American Indian women searching for pieces of a golden table that were buried with tribal elders spread across the country. I am going to a very posh private school, because my family is like that and my future is "set" I am going to be in all the honers classes, have friends that are related to the social elite, presidents and many other important people. Using the map, I went to the location of a landmark (LA Cold Storage Co.) during the opening case, but I have no idea how to get the game to acknowledge that I found it. I know it's the right building and I walked all around it to look up at it, but got nothing. It's the second one I went to. Do I need to wait until a certain part of the game before I start finding these?
