If I understood right, both of you are married to different people but having feelings for each other. Right? If so, then it was a mistake by you and him to come close. Man and woman are like oil and fire. This can happen with any man or woman out there if we keep ourselves so easily "available" to others despite having the love of our life around us. FIRST thing you should do is break-off with him in every aspect. If you can't find another job (which would be the BEST strategy in your case), then sit with him face-to-face and tell him the same that you wrote here as a question on Yahoo Answers. Show him your question and my answer. If both of you care and love each other enough, you guys will stop messing around. However, if you truly feel it is something "out of control" for both of you, then surely both of you are already in wrong relationships with other people. Both of you MUST immediately separate from your current life-partners and start a life together. But for God's sake, don't let 4 people suffer because of a mere infatuation. Thanks.
