Is Kent Hovind in prison brainwashing criminals into believing fossils dont prove evolution?

Considering atheist inmates in prison are 0.2% and rest are Theists, i believe Kent will have a field day and have them thinking animals with four legs have a common designer(what about starfish? or beetles with 4 legs but no vertebrata?) That is if he is not someones girlfriend....
