Why do so many people support Colonel Gaddafi?

Because people are dumb nowadays that they believe that the Libyan war is for oil just like Iraq which is clearly not. Well Europe got involved because they were concern about the oil supply not in favor of the Libyan people. People always believed that Gadahfi is a hero and the West is not. Even though some crimes that this guy did, they still praised him. Many people forget that Gadahfi sponsors terrorist act like the Pan-Am bombing in 1988 and the bombing of a west German Club in 1986. It's the media anyways i cannot explain. People are so dumb-downed nowadays. Just ask me why.
