How can I get my ex brother-in-law out of my house? My dad wants him there to pay the bills?

He brainwashed my dad to like him.He's an alcoholic,a deadbeat dad,a homewrecker,a family wrecker,has anger management issues,doesn't want to pay child support,doesn't want to take his kid with him and get his own place,he makes a lot of money but he's greedy with it,doesn't want to buy his kid food...I could go on but there's too much more.
