PLEASE help! Middle-age monuments in israel?

I'm doing a project on israel and I need a tourist attraction that was built in the middle ages, ranging from 1001- 1800. I've spent about two hours looking and I can find absolutely nothing. Please, if you have any idea of a landmark or monument it would be greatly appreciated
