Would you call God a crappy engineer?

i only call someone crappy at their job if i can do it better, or if in their field, i've seen many others who can do better. given that i cannot create the world, nor have i seen any other Gods who can create better worlds, no i won't call him a crappy engineer. but i won't call him a perfect engineer either.
